Why Reeves Retirement Services, LLC?

Setting up and maintaining a qualified retirement plan can be a daunting task. We established Reeves Retirement Services, LLC in order to help make the process that process as easy as possible.

We currently serve as the third-party administrator (TPA) to more than 125 tax-qualified retirement plans of all types (e.g., traditional Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, 401(k), and profit-sharing plans) in more than 20 U.S. states, totaling more than $100 million in plan assets.

Before a plan is established, we explain all of the pros and cons to each employer, including the fees, the administrative requirements, and the employer's responsibilities within each plan. We will never pressure an employer into adopting a retirement plan that the owner is not comfortable with.

We work closely with each business owner, his or her financial advisor and CPA, so that each retirement plan is designed specific to the owner's retirement and investment goals.

Meet the Team

Greg Reeves has had his Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation since 2016 and maintains his accreditation from the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) through continuing education programs and best-practices exchanges.

He was with the TPA firm Raymond, Reeves & Stout, LLP (based in Mesa, AZ) from 2012 through 2024 as a Pension Administrator and later, as a Partner. Before his time in retirement plan administration, Greg began his career in human resources as an HR Generalist.

Brittany Reeves is a Registered Nurse but decided to "retire" in 2024 so that she could help Greg establish Reeves Retirement Services, LLC. She assists with the administrative duties as well as the operational side of the business.

She holds a nursing degree from New York University and is Greg's better half.

They currently live in Phoenix, Arizona with their three children. They love all the desert life has to offer and enjoy rooting for the Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns.
